Hi all,
as you know we integrated already lots of CRS in Apglos Survey Wizard. But we would like to add more. So we want to know which geoids you are using.
Let us know.
Thanks
Let's go easy. Let's go Apglos Survey Wizard
We in Belgium are using the hBG18.
Canadian geoids

HTv2.0 CGVD28:78 is the most common in Ontario with a transition to CGVD2013.
Provincial GIS for vertical and horizontal control:

Integration of NRCan's PPP tool would be much appreciated. You could also take all the geoids and integrate GPS*H to convert ellipsoidal heights to ortho.
Automation of PPP and PPK would give a large advantage. Examples would be the following:
-at the end of the day, the submission of RINEX to NRCAN is automated (the email method is the most foolproof--desktop app is buggy)
-you have heavy tree cover and cannot get a consistent fix. Set up the rover for 15 minutes logging PPK to post-process it vs static and/or intermittent RTK shots
-time-tagging ( https://ig8g.com/out/faq/iG8_TimeTagging_001.pdf )
Cheers.
Thanks @jaccen I will check your links.
